1- Do you have special discounts for groups?

3- Can we buy tickets at the door?
Yes. You can buy your tickets at the door. However, please note that (1) Tickets are more expensive (2) We may stop our sales at the door if we think that the Shows and Parties are overcrowded. In any case, it is in your best interest to book your tickets in advance to guarantee your place and take advantage of our discounts.
 
4- Do we have to reserve our tickets before we buy them?
You can reserve your tickets before buying them. But please note that you have to make your payment within 1 week. Otherwise the system automatically drops the reservation.

5- Will I receive a Voucher or confirmation after I buy my Pass?
Yes. You will receive a unique confirmation number via email. Please do not lose this number. Mentioning this number during your check-in will speed up your registration process considerably.

6- How and where do I get my wristband?
If you are staying at our Partner Hotel, you will see our desk at the lobby starting from Wednesday morning. If you already registered and paid, you can get your wristband from this desk. New ticket sales are made only at the Venue which is located at a walking distance to our partner hotel.
 
7- Can I return or transfer my pass over to a friend?
You can transfer your pass to your friend. However, please note that some limitations apply.
For Ticket returns made until April 25, we refund 50% of the tickets. After that, our no-refund policy applies.
Due to the strict policies of our partner hotels, we unfortunately cannot accept returns and transfers on Hotel Packages.
 
8- What is the difference between a Full Pass and a VIP Full Pass?
In addition to Full Pass Rights, VIP Pass holders will have access to special seating for shows (Best viewing point of the stage),  Free A-La-Carte Lunch & Dinner  (Fri, Sat, Sun), Free local drinks during Lunch & Dinner (Fri, Sat, Sun), Free wine & local drink service during shows (Fri, Sat, Sun), Dedicated waiters at the Venue (Fri, Sat, Sun), and free access to our Salsa Cruise & Sightseeing Tour.
 
9- The Salsa Cruise, Beach Party and Antalya Sightseeing tour, are they all included in the Full Pass?
No. Only the Beach Party is included in the Full Pass. Other activities are sold separately.

1- Do you have a Shuttle Service between the Venue and the Partner Hotels?
Yes. We have shuttle service scheduled at regular intervals between our partner hotels and the Venue. You will have access to the shuttle schedule both at your hotel and at the Venue. You may also check the "Shuttle Schedule" section of our web site for further information.
 
2- Do you have a Shuttle Service from the Airport to your Partner Hotels?
You have 3 options to get grom the Airport to your hotel:
1- Take a taxi (will cost around 60-80 EUR)
2- VIP Service from 3S Travel (up to 4 persons - Costs 40 EUR Total)
3- Shuttle service (10 EUR per person )
Travel time: 25-30 minutes

1- What's a Salsa Festival? :)
Salsa Festivals or Congresses are events, lasting from 2 days up to a full week, where dancers, choreographers, musicians and dance lovers meet and share their passion through dancing salsa. Nowadays, there are millions of salsa lovers travelling all over the world and attending Salsa Festivals.
In Salsa Festivals, during daytime, there are workshops with international instructors for all levels of salsa – from absolute beginners to professionals, while at night there are parties with show performances and, at some festivals, live concerts. Also, the Turkish Int'l Salsa Festival is a Summer Salsa Festival and has a few 'bonus' features like: Open Air Concert and Pool parties. Most of the activities are outdoors due the to wonderful weather conditions of Antalya.

2- Can everybody attend your Festival?
Our Festival is open for everybody willing to dance salsa, regardless of previous dance experience. There are workshops for absolute beginners, who will learn dancing in a few hours, intermediate and even Master classes. Everybody can learn something new and get a chance to meet new people!

3- How will be the weather during the Festival?
You never know… But generally shiny and mild weather during daytime and could possibly be a little cool in the evening. Please bring some sweats just in case.

4- Are the dates of your event confirmed?
Definitely yes! Our event will take place on the last weekend of May every year. We have 2 very good reasons for not changing our dates: (1) Hotels in the Belek region go to high season on June 1st, so they raise their prices considerably. (2) At the end of May, we always have the best weather conditions in Antalya. Not too hot, not too cold. April means cool weather and lots of rain, June/July means 35-40 degrees in shade with 90% relative humidity. In short, May has the best weather conditions of the year...

5- Will all of the confirmed performers be present at the event?
Definitely Yes! Confirmed means 100% guaranteed. Of course, unexpected incidents can always happen (health problems, accidents, visa problems, missed planes etc.). This being sad, please rest assured that you will experience our event "as advertised".
 
6- Will instructors and performers dance with me?
As long as you ask them to dance, yes :) At every occasion, we remind our performers about the importance of socializing. Performers will not disappear during parties and they will do their best to dance with literally everybody.
After all, they are human beings and may get tired after their long and busy schedule during the day and night. Please empathize and let them breath from time to time :)
